Rewards. Can I pledge for more than one reward level?
Unfortunately, Kickstarter doesn’t allow pledges for more than one reward. However if you want multiple items, simply add the cost of the extra item to your pledge. After the campaign finishes, we will send out a survey where you can confirm your extra items.

Rewards. How can I add additional Orbitkey Desk Mat’s?
To add an additional Orbitkey Desk Mat to you simply need to increase your pledge by the price per item. Each additional Orbitkey Desk Mat has a $5 shipping fee attached to it.
Additional Medium Desk Mat = $49 (includes shipping) Additional Large Desk Mat = $64 (includes shipping)
For example, if you’d like to add 1 Orbitkey Desk Mat Medium ($49) to your Orbitkey Desk Mat Medium x2 ($89), follow these steps:
Select the $89 Orbitkey Desk Mat Medium x2 reward Adjust your pledge by $49.
And at the end of the campaign, we will send every backer a survey. In this survey, you will be able to select and confirm the add-on(s) for your reward. You will also have the chance to add extra items that are not in the Add-On Menu.

Rewards. How can I add more items to my pledge? There’s no Add-on option?
You won’t be able to choose the add-ons at this stage.
But after choosing a reward level, check the Add-on Menu in the project description for the prices, and find the items(s) you want to add. Simply increase your reward by the amount including the add-on(s).
For example, if you’d like to add an Extra Magnetic Cable Holder ($10) to your Orbitkey Desk Mat Medium x1 ($49), follow these steps:
Select the $49 Orbitkey Desk Mat Medium reward Adjust your pledge by $10. Total pledge = $59 Shipping fees vary by location.

At the end of the campaign, we will send every backer a survey where you will be able to add on any additional Orbitkey product(s) you want that is not available on the Add-On menu. The top vegan leather surface is designed to help protect your desk surface and is water repellant, so you can simply wipe it clean. If you do stain the soft bottom felt layer, we recommend gently brushing the area with warm soapy water.

Product. What are the materials of the desk mat and why have you used those materials?
Vegan Leather. Artificial leather has come a long way and we’ve worked hard to source a high quality, smooth PU leather (Polyurethane) that is virtually indistinguishable from genuine leather – perfect as a mouse and writing pad. It’s durable, water-resistant surface ensures that any spills can easily be wiped clean with a cloth.
100% Recycled PET Felt. The base layer of the mat is made of environmentally friendly PET felt, produced entirely from post-consumer waste. The soft, high-density felt will help dampen typing sound whilst protecting your desk against scratches and marks.
Zinc Alloy Hardware. The cable holder is made of precision cast zinc alloy, providing a great balance of aesthetics and mechanical accuracy. The matte-texture plated finish gives it a luxurious touch and corrosion resistance.

We believe that organisation is not about hiding clutter, but rather, being thoughtful and efficient. The document hideaway allows you to store a number of documents or notes for quick, easy reference. The exact number will depend on user preference, however for optimal experience we’d recommend a maximum of 15 pages per document/stack.

The Cable Holder can hold cables up to 6mm in diameter. This covers the vast majority of cables that plug into laptops, monitors and tech devices, including most USB-C data + power cables which are typically quite thick.

Australia: All Australian orders will be shipped directly from our office in Melbourne via Australia Post.
United States and Canada: All United States and Canada orders will be shipped from our fulfilment centre in Utah. All orders will be shipped with tracking.
Europe: All European orders will be shipped from our fulfilment centre in Holland. All orders will be shipped with tracking.
International: Orders outside of Australia, the United States, Europe and Canada will be sent from our Hong Kong fulfilment centre. All orders will be shipped with tracking.

The Desk Mat comes rolled vertically inside a durable box to protect it during shipping. Your Desk Mat will sit fairly flat right out of the box however it may take a couple of days for it to settle and achieve full flatness.

Return. What is your return / refund policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on items received as Kickstarter rewards. The items you receive after making a pledge is not a purchase but are referred to as ‘rewards’. The item is more of a gift to you as a sign of our appreciation to you for supporting our campaign and business. If the item(s) you received is faulty, we are more than happy to send a replacement item/part, and we do have a two year warranty on all our products.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
